Before the agreed delivery date, there are a few practical steps to consider:
- Are all the landing or web pages that your email links to live and working?
- If offering a special incentive or promotion, will you be able to respond to any increase in demand for your product or service?
- Have you adjusted your online pricing to include any special offers?
- If you maintain your own database, all opt-out requests and hard bounces will be emailed to you. These must be dealt with within 10 days of receipt – is someone allocated to this task?

We carry out a thorough compatibility test to ensure that any formatting issues are resolved prior to sending, in addition to routine checks for duplicates and errors. There are no 100% guarantees when sending emails but, with careful pre-delivery checking, your delivery success rate can be greatly improved.
